pete drake and his talking steel guitar

I thought that this was a modern video, it is so perfectly stylised and these people just can't exist. Everyone is straight out of Twin Peaks and at any time something dark and twisted is going to happen. I wont lie, they creep me out a bit. I love the sound of the talk box, at first I thought it was a vocoder because they sound so similar. I have never heard of either being used with a steel lap guitar though, so that's cool.
